Look, before we get started, I want to be clear about one thing. You will NOT lose weight and keep it off without doing something different than you are now.
For most people, this involves exercise and nutritional changes. This isn’t rocket science, and you already know it’s true.
And yet, many people embark on a motivated journey to lose weight, and do lose the weight-but then find themselves fat and tired again- just a few months after having achieved their desired weight. Why?

The brain will introduce thoughts into your mental dialog based on your prior programming. Often it is this subtle little detail that stands in the way of you starting or maintaining healthy habits that you know in your conscious mind to be beneficial.
